Jackie Schroeder files to run for State Rep
Plymouth, MN – Jackie Schroeder, a former small business owner and mother of seven, filed to run for State Representative in District 42B.
“The way our representatives have operated for the past four years clearly isn’t working, so it is time to bring more transparency and common sense to the legislature,” Schroeder said. “Crime is skyrocketing, inflation is wreaking havoc on our economy, and last year the legislature passed the biggest budget in state history. In the midst of all this, Democrats tried to spend billions more this past session. Next year, we need to improve public safety, ensure parents have a say in their kids education, spend taxpayer dollars wisely and rein in waste and fraud while funding only the programs that truly work for Minnesotans.”
Schroeder lives in Plymouth with her husband Bill, and has seven adult children and three grandchildren. District 42B includes Plymouth and Medicine Lake.
